Safety Team
I represent the warehouse team in all meeting involving safety and work with them to implement anything that needs so.
Sales and Operations
As a part of this team I am one member of the operations side of the business that meets once a week with the sales team. We make sure that we are on the same page about products that need to be pushed, and see if there is anything one side can do for the other.
Finance and Operations
As a representative of the operations team, I meet once a week with members of finance. The purpose of this is to make sure that we are receiving credits from suppliers and to help minimize shrink.
